With a wealth of expertise (linguistic, sectoral, geopolitical and legal), our team of 45 consultants combines both a mastery of advanced research techniques and an analytical perspective in information processing.

This dual approach enables us to go beyond a “raw” presentation of information, and build a risk analysis that genuinely helps decision-making by formulating recommendations tailored to the specificities of each of our customers.

    Fabien PONSOT

    Director of the Third Party Compliance Business Unit

    Fabien is a graduate of the University of Toulouse (Law and Political Science) and the Institute for International and Strategic Relations (IRIS Sup’).
    An expert in due diligence and integrity investigations, he joined the ADIT group in 2008, where he successively held the positions of Senior Consultant, Project Manager, and Director of the Due Diligence Department, which he headed in 2012 and 2024, before taking over as Director of the Third Party Compliance Business Unit.
    He coordinates the internal operational teams, leads the network of local correspondents, and oversees the business unit’s commercial strategy.

    Michel HUSSER

    Compliance Director

    With a degree in International Business Negotiations and an ITB certification, Michel worked for nearly ten years at renowned financial institutions, where he managed several operational units.
    He joined ADIT in 2002 and has been developing the Due Diligence, Screening, Sport Integrity, and Business Ethics service offering since 2007. He has also led audit missions as part of AFA controls and is an ISO 37001 Lead Auditor.
    He is a regular speaker at international conferences on the prevention of corruption and breaches of integrity, and also leads international (IACA) and university (IHEDN, INHESJ, UNISTRA, EGE) training courses.

    Mylène GILBERT

    Director of the Due Diligence Department

    A graduate of the IEP in Rennes with a degree in Risk and Quality Management, Mylène joined ADIT at the end of her studies in 2011.
    After working as a consultant, senior consultant, and then deputy director of the Due Diligence department in charge of operations and quality, she has been head of the Due Diligence Department since 2025.
    An expert in integrity due diligence, she leads a team of consultants specializing in various geographical areas and trained in compliance issues.

    Gautier GiRARD

    Director of the Screening Department

    Gautier holds a Master’s degree from the Institute for International and Strategic Relations (Geo-economics and Strategic Intelligence) and the Toulouse School of Management (Law, Economics, Management), where he studied law, economics, and management.
    Gautier is certified by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and attended the 2018 national youth session at the National Institute for Higher Studies in Security and Justice (INHESJ).

    A specialist in economic intelligence and IT project management, he co-founded a consulting firm in 2016 and then joined the ADIT group in 2018 as Compliance & Due Diligence Project Manager, before being appointed Deputy Director of the Due Diligence Department in 2021 and Director of the Screening Department in 2024. He also coordinates ADIT’s digital transformation projects.
